WOD: CrossFit Open Workout 15.1
9 Minute AMRAP:
This WOD is preparing you for the CrossFit open which starts on October 10th. This is a classic CrossFit triplet (meaning it has three movements) and is a spring workout. If you have efficient toe to bars, you should shoot to do these in 1 or 2 sets each round. The deadlifts should be unbroken the entire workout, and the snatches should be done in one or two sets. Your grip will get extremely taxed by this workout, so be sure to shake your arms out as you move from station to station - and if the toe to bars start feeling hard, don't max them out. This is a sprint - but it's a smart sprint so don't just go as hard as you can from minute one.
