4 Rounds for Time:
This is a classic task priority CrossFit WOD - which means your entire goal here is to get done as quickly as possible.
The focus on this workout should be to pace your run enough to complete the front squats and toe to bars unbroken. If you are getting your toe to bars down now, I recommend doing them in sets of 3 or 4 and this is a great workout to practice in. Push your run harder if you're breaking up your toe to bars.
