CrossFit Workout of the Day: 8-27-19

Complete 5 Rounds for Time:

  • 10 Pull Ups
  • Accumulate 0:30 L Sit Hold (on floor or plates)
  • 200m Row

Purpose of the Workout:

This workout is all about midline stability. The pull ups, L-Sits, and rowing will all have a focus on your core strength and stamina. You will need to focus on maintaining a hollow body on the pull up as the workout progresses and your core continue to fatigue.
