With the Games just around the corner, and our own Regional wrapping up this weekend, we thought it was the perfect time to test out our fitness.
We have modified the Regional workouts to our skill level as well equipment we have at the Box. No worries, further scales will be posted for all to enjoy each Regional WOD.

CrossFit Workout 5-30-17:
1200m run, then complete -
12 Rounds for Time:
4 Hand Stand Push Ups
8 Chest to Bar Pull Ups
12 Back Squats 115/75
