CrossFit Workout 5-23-17

WOD: "Death By Murph"
10 Minute EMOM:
1 Pull Up .... +1
2 Push Ups .... +1
3 Air Squats .... + 1
When you do NOT complete a full round you will run 1 mile.
 
You will add 1 rep to each movement each minute. Minute two will be 2 pull ups, 3 push ups, 4 air squats. Minute 3, 3 pull ups, 4 push ups, 5 air squats, etc. IF YOU FINISH ALL TEN ROUNDS you do not have to run.
