WOD : EMOM 15 Minutes
100 Back Squats 135/95
10 Burpees

*Minute 1 - begin with as many back squats as you can.
*Minute 2 - At the top of minute 2, you will complete 10 burpees, then complete as many back squats within the remaining minute
*Minute 3 - At the top of minute 3, you will complete 10 burpees, then complete as many back squats within the remaining minute
*Minute 4 - At the top of minute 4, you will complete 10 burpees, then complete as many back squats within the remaining minute.....

......continue until you complete 100 back squats. Your cap is 15 minutes!
