- 16 Toes To Bar
- 8 Dumbbell Power Cleans
Then, directly into:
2 rounds:
- 50 ft. Weighted Walking Lunge
- 16 Bar Muscle Ups
- 8 Dumbbell Power Cleans

Continue alternating back and forth for the entire 12 minutes.
