Long time, no see, everyone. I hope you all had a very merry Christmas, and a wonderful holiday weekend. I'm currently writing this from my house where I'm fighting through some sickness I picked up over the holidays. It has made me remember that I had not been sick for the entire calendar year until this week. Not coincidentally, this week was also the one in which I ate far too many sweets, didn't train at all, and threw my sleep schedule way out of whack. No wonder I got sick. Anyway, this is great motivation to eat the right things, move more often, and sleep more soundly. This workout should help.
