We’ll sit down with you to learn what your goals are, what your past experience with fitness is, and simply more about you – all so we can craft a unique plan to support you along your fitness journey.

This is where we learn about who you are and what you want to get out of your fitness journey – the first step in creating lasting results.

We’ll walk you through your plan and give you the tools you need to make consistent progress. Don’t worry – we’re not going to drop you in the deep end with no lessons to swim. You’ll have access to your coach the entire time, and a system designed to help you be accountable for your progress.

You and your coach will have regularly scheduled check-ins as established in your individual plan. This will ensure you get the accountability and attention you need to reach your goals – and that we are able to iterate and tweak the plan as your goals and life circumstances change. Have a big life event coming up that needs to be addressed? This is the time to talk through those changes and figure out the solution – together. As a team.
